Shipping & Delivery

Shipping

Shipping is calculated from your delivery address at checkout, based on order weight and destination.
Local pickup is not offered.
Delivery is offered only during the initial preorder launch window.

Fulfillment Timing

Preorders are expected to begin shipping August 31, 2026. This date marks the beginning of the fulfillment period — it is not a guaranteed delivery date. If the fulfillment schedule changes materially, we will notify affected customers and provide the appropriate cancellation or refund option.

Body Butter Temperature Notice

Body Butter is temperature-sensitive and may arrive softened, melted, or liquefied during warm weather or transit. Keep the container upright and place it in a cool, dry location until the butter solidifies before opening or using. Melting may change the product's texture or appearance, but it does not make the product unusable.

We do not currently offer temperature-controlled shipping.
