Preorder Policy

All purchasable items on Soulé are preorders. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Charging & Fulfillment

• Preorders are charged in full at checkout.
• Preorders are expected to begin shipping August 31, 2026.
• August 31, 2026 is the beginning of the fulfillment period, not a guaranteed delivery date.
• Delivery is offered only during the initial preorder launch window.
• Local pickup is not offered. Shipping is calculated from your delivery address at checkout.

Order Limits

Each individual product-and-scent combination (a "variation") is limited to a maximum of five (5) units per order.

Cancellations & Refunds

• You may request a cancellation within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• After 48 hours, your preorder enters production and cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.
• If Soulé is unable to fulfill your order, you will receive a full refund.

Fulfillment Schedule Changes

If the fulfillment schedule changes materially, we will notify you and provide the appropriate cancellation or refund option.
