I understand submitting this application does not guarantee approval, and hosting does not create employment, agency, franchise, consultant, distributor, or ownership status with Soulé. I understand I will not purchase inventory for resale, collect guest payments, create my own coupons, or recruit other hosts — all purchases go directly through Soulé. I understand host rewards are product- and experience-based, are not guaranteed, and depend on qualifying guest purchases during my party window. I will describe Soulé products only using approved cosmetic and sensory language (cleansing, moisturizing, softening, fragrance, texture, feel) and will not say a product treats, heals, prevents, or cures any disease or medical condition. I will refer medical questions to a healthcare professional. If I post publicly about my host rewards, free samples, or discounts, I will clearly disclose that connection (for example: "Soulé provided these as part of my host reward — my experience and opinions are my own"). I understand recording or publicly sharing party content requires advance approval and guest consent, and that being named or featured publicly requires a separate Media & Testimonial Release.
